Wedding Day Coordination:
You've planned it. We'll set it up, run it and hand it back to you.
You've spent months planning your wedding. You've chosen the venue, booked the suppliers, bought the decorations and worked out exactly how you want the day to look. The last thing you need is to spend your wedding morning putting out chairs, arranging tables and wondering whether the florist has arrived.
That's where Day42 comes in.
We'll take over the venue logistics and setup, getting everything ready so that when you arrive, your wedding is actually ready to go. We'll set up your décor, coordinate suppliers, keep an eye on the timeline, manage the practical stuff and deal with any problems that crop up along the way.
You don't need to set anything up. You don't need to coordinate anyone. You don't need to know where the extension lead is.
You just need to get married & have an amazing day.
Before the wedding
To confirm your date we will need a £100 deposit, just let us know your date your date when you do using the form below. This deposit pays for the intial work and research to get us ready for your day.
We work how you need to but our standard way of working will be an initial meeting or review of a questionairre/email depending on how you like to work.
At this stage we just need to know what you have planned and if you need any additional assistance.
If not, we would then review everything about a month before when you have confirmed your suppliers. This is followed by:
Detailed handover and planning meeting
Review of your plans, suppliers and timeline
Liaison with your venue and key suppliers

Create/finalise the wedding-day running order
Confirm what Day42 will be responsible for setting up
