Bespoke Wedding Timeline
Because ‘we’ll just wing it’ isn't really a wedding plan.
The best way to be relaxed at your wedding is to ensure everyone knows what it happening, what they are doing and what is expected of them.
I'll take the details of your day, your suppliers, your wedding party and all the little logistical bits, and turn them into a clear, detailed timeline built specifically around your wedding in 15 minute intervals. (I like detail!)
How it works
01: Tell me about your day
After purchasing, you'll complete a short questionnaire with everything I need to know — your timings, suppliers, wedding party, travel, photography, food, speeches and anything else that needs to fit together.
02: I'll work it out
I'll take your answers and build a timeline around your actual plans, working through the logistics and making sure everything has enough time to happen.
03: I'll send you your timeline
You'll receive a beautifully designed PDF with a clear, easy-to-read table, showing what is happening, when, where and who needs to be involved.
04: Share it
Your final timeline is yours to distribute to your venue, photographer, caterer, entertainment, wedding party and other suppliers, so everyone knows what they're doing and when they're needed.
No hunting through WhatsApp messages.
No ‘wait, what time are we doing photos?’
No expecting your bridesmaid to somehow know the entire running order.
Just one clear plan that everyone can refer to.
What's included
A bespoke timeline created around your wedding
Supplier timings and requirements
Getting ready, ceremony and reception timings
Photography and group photo timings
Food, drinks and speeches
Wedding party movements
Supplier arrival and setup
Travel time where relevant
Time for the things that inevitably take longer than expected
2 rounds of revisions
A final PDF ready to distribute
The aim isn't to schedule every second of your day. It's to make sure the important things happen when they need to, so you can get on with actually enjoying it. I would strongly recommend this if you do not have a coordinator!
